My induction into being a girl dad began in November 2017, with the birth of my daughter, Averie, who brought a new light to my world. Creativity has been a consistent thread in my life, manifesting in music, art, and writing, and becoming a father to Averie only fueled this creative spark even more. As a writer of children's books, my goal is to create a meaningful impact on my readers with a particular emphasis on the African American community. The joy of fatherhood is a role I cherish deeply; the moments shared with my daughter and family not only enrich my life but also profoundly inspire my writing.
